Our family home was severely damaged by high winds. We called SERVPRO of Peterborough and they came right away! We stayed in a hotel while the damage to our house was fixed. This was a very stressful time for our family but SERVPRO made the whole experience so easy and got us back into our home! I cannot thank Tim and his team enough!

Tim was incredible to work with. Not knowing what we were facing in terms of cleanup after our sewage backed up into our basement and had to sit for 2 weeks while we waited for another company to come in and fix the broken sewage line, we contacted SERVPRO. Tim was incredibly kind and was able to meet me at the house within an hour of my call. He assessed the situation and was able to give an immediate estimate. To my surprise, Tim had all his equipment with him and was able to start the job immediately. The quality of the job was amazing and we really cannot thank him enough for helping to make our home feel like home again. I recently had a burst pipe and my ins brokers called SERVPRO for me. Luke and Tim wasted no time getting over my to house, they were very courteous and respectful of me and my home. They both worked hard to move everything in the basement and remove wet flooring asap, no matter how late it took them. Communication was great and they adhered to there timelines. I had a wonderful experience with these two and highly recommend their services to anyone.
